By third party inspections, we mean all tests which require a third party to be present. This third party must not and cannot have any ties either with the company to be evaluated, or with the final customer. Being impartial is, therefore, fundamental in this kind of inspection.
These checks are carried out by qualified inspectors with proven experience, who have at least 3rd level CND.
There are different types of third party inspections, which may involve the following types of tests:
- hydraulic tests
- pneumatic tests
- checks to be carried out before shipping the finished material
- documentation checks
Third party inspections are mainly carried out on the manufacturer's premises. Once testing is complete, a detailed inspection report will be issued to both parties.
